Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our Service or engaging our home services.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Boise Home Services, Boise, Idaho 83702.

  • Country refers to: Idaho, United States

  • Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

  • Service refers to the Website and the home maintenance, repair, and improvement services provided by the Company.

  • Website refers to Boise Home Services, accessible from https://boisehome.services

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Service Estimates and Work Orders

Estimates provided by Boise Home Services are good-faith projections based on the information available at the time of assessment. An estimate is not a binding contract. A project becomes contractually binding only when a written work order is signed by both You and the Company.

If the scope of work changes during a project — for example, if hidden damage is discovered — we will notify You, provide an updated estimate, and obtain Your written approval before proceeding with additional work.

Warranty

Boise Home Services provides a one (1) year workmanship warranty on all completed projects, beginning on the date of project completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party modification
  • Issues arising from materials You supplied
  • Pre-existing conditions not addressed in the original scope of work

Manufacturer warranties on materials and fixtures are separate and passed through to You according to the manufacturer’s terms.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled service with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a trip fee to cover dispatch costs.

For larger projects with ordered materials, cancellation terms will be outlined in your work order agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Idaho law, the entire liability of the Company under any provision of these Terms shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You for the specific service in question.

In no event shall the Company be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury arising out of or in any way related to the use of the Service or the performance of home services, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

Disputes Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company. If informal resolution is not achieved, any legal action shall be filed in the courts of Ada County, Idaho.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter, nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the website and the Service.
