Handyman FAQs
Is there a minimum job size or cost?
We have a one-hour minimum for handyman visits, but most customers have multiple items on their list. We'll work through as many as we can during the visit.
How does pricing work — hourly or flat rate?
It depends on the job. Simple tasks like mounting a TV are flat rate. Larger or variable jobs are quoted hourly. Either way, you'll know the price before we start.
What if you find additional issues during the job?
We'll let you know what we found and give you an updated estimate. We never do additional work without your approval first.
Do you bring your own materials?
We carry common supplies (screws, anchors, caulk, etc.) in our trucks. For specific materials like fixtures or hardware, we can pick them up for you or you can have them ready.
How should I prepare for the visit?
Just make sure we can access the work area. If you have specific materials or parts you'd like us to use, have them available. Otherwise, we handle everything.
