Seasonal Maintenance FAQs
How often should I schedule maintenance?
We recommend at least twice a year — once in spring and once in fall. Our annual plan includes all four seasonal visits at a discounted rate.
What does a seasonal inspection cover?
Our checklist covers roof and gutters, exterior siding, windows and doors, HVAC system, plumbing, electrical safety, smoke/CO detectors, and weatherproofing.
Do you offer annual maintenance plans?
Yes. Our annual plan includes four seasonal visits, priority scheduling, and discounted rates on any repairs identified during inspections.
What's the most common issue you find?
Gutter blockages, weatherstripping failures, and HVAC filters that haven't been changed in too long. All are easy fixes that prevent expensive problems down the road.
When should I winterize my home?
In Boise, we recommend winterization by mid-October. This includes sprinkler blowout, pipe insulation, weather sealing, and furnace testing before the first hard freeze.
